Has anyone used these, my husband got me some today to take as im suffering from HA and im very on edge all the time [yet again] dr was going to give me diazapam but i refused as i dont think im in the position yet to go that far. #He didnt want to give me anti depressants as thought they were too strong Ive read reviews on kalms that were good just wondered if anyone had tried them.

Really? i didnt see that in the side effects before i got them, ive had the shakes today but i think thats down to the day ive had

Ive tried kalms and they just seem to take the edge off my anxiety.
Ive also tried valerina tabs. They smell and taste like horse poo and have no affect whatsoever.

i dont know if any of you know this but kalms app need about 8 wks to give you any benifit and need to be taken twice a day.
My hubbie takes them and has for 5 years, he says they take the edge of the anx/panic and if he forgets to take some he knows the differance

if you decide to take kalms remeber to take them twice a day with out fail
you cant just take em when you feel very anx or panicky as they need to get into you system

Im not really sure if these work to be honest.

I have them, and I also have diazepam, so If I am feeling anxious, I will go for the Kalms first, if I feel no affect, and the anxiety dosent go down, I will take a 2mg of Diaz. But I do try the Kalms first. I think they are for stress/irritability, but worth a try, they may not work for one but will work for another.

Just read your post, I will give that a go then, twice a day, and see how that goes. Rather than using them for an instant relief.

It actually says on the bottle 2 tablets 3 times a day. Ive only managed to take them twice a day as my memory is rubbish and they say with food? By whats been said they arnt going to work quick enough for my flight anyway but will still carry on taking them as my anxiety isnt good at the moment.
