    Feeling so scared

I have separation anxiety. Mainly when my husband is not near, but my parents live only an hour away so I worry when they're not near too. They're going away on holiday for two weeks the week after next and I'm so worried. When they're away I feel on edge all the time, like I'm going to have a panic attack. I find it hard to eat and have 'safe foods' that I can eat. I just feel like I can't cope with it, and people say to me "you'll be fine" but they don't know how horrible it feels inside. Two weeks feels like an eternity, when you're worried every minute, I really hate it. I'm worrying about it now, and I'm trying to be positive but it's so hard. Does anyone else feel like this and/or have any tips? Thanks
