Health Anxiety Medication Sugestions "help"

Hi All

I was curious to know what people are taking for Health Anxiety situations.
Right now I suffer from Health Anxiety related to my heart, I fear I'm going to have a heart attack and or my heart is going to just stop working. I check my pulse rate about 50 times a day when I start to panic that something is wrong or going to happen. I feel like I can't function and start to go into a worried zombie like state of mind.

SSRI's don't agree with me so I have stopped taking both Lexapro and Zoloft
2 Drugs that seemed to make thing worse rather than better.

Right now I'm taking Clonazepam 2x's a day and it helps with the Anxiety and panic but I know Clonazepam is not a long time drug so I was hoping someone had suggestions on what worked for them in similar situations. I will be seeing my DR tonight and planned to speak with him about alt medications I wanted to walk in with knowledge of what people are taking for Health Anxiety so we could come up with a solution.

Right now only Clonazepam works and it works well just wish it was a long term Med

Sorry I am on ssri paroxetine but it works wonders for me

Talk to your Dr there are hundreds to try. always ask your Dr
