anxiety/physical symptoms list

Hi,
Does anyone know where you can find a checklist of symptoms (stomach ache, globus, cant concentrate etc) that we can tick so we can take this along to the doc's and show him when we visit them?

I'm going to the quack tomorrow and want to make sure i let him know everything that has been bothering me for the last 24mths as its a new doctor.

I'm not sure if this is the list you are looking for.
It's an extensive list of physical symptoms of anxiety.

Yeh cheers mate - I can print that off then tick which ones ive had (quite a few actually) I've been to one doc a few times and just want a 2nd opinion as although ive had a few tests, ct scans and ultrasounds ive never 'offically' be diagnosed with anxiety.from someone else... he will probably think I'm crazy but hey!

I have found that reassurance is half the battle with this... but its hard when you have so many and various physical symptoms as well...

I know what you mean..
Right now I'm in a very nervous state about my tests on Thursday and what they will show..
In the last two weeks I've had another symptom arise with a muscle spasm just under the right side of my sternum.
I'm totally scared of the big C happening and I'm thinking that this is just another symptom of the spreading.
I havent had a chance to tel the Dr about this yet but the specialist last week said thre is an infantly small chance I have cancer.. Still it's that small chance I worry about.
