symptoms galore = anxiety?

Hi folks i have posted before with regards to panic attacks and thankfully these are now few and far between. However i suffer constantly from the following, from the top...
fullness feeling in right ear
blocked right sinus
stiffness down the right side from shoulder,neck to hip
ibs
problems with erections from time to time
tiredness
occasional breathlessness
constant anxst

*If i was a horse they would have put me down!*

Had this on and off for years..currently on.

I have explained all off these to these to my GP and have had MRI scan both sinus and brain (two years ago) clear
ENT specialist clear though said had blocked sinus
Sexual Health specialist blood tests clear suggested Viagra!
Had blood tests galore clear
Xrays chest Clear
Phyclolgist this helps
Back clinic helped for a bit
chinese herbalist helped for a bit

Why am i still googling for illnesses that i may have and how do i convince myself to believe the doc when he suggests that these are all related to anxiety?

Do you have similar symptoms?

Have you had any therapy like CBT for this health anxiety

All symptoms are so common with anxiety and there is no point constant googling as it won't help.
