Citalopram side effects question

Hi all been on 20mg for over a month and feel a little more relaxed still have issues but some say up to 6 weeks before effects start to work, just a question, has any experianced stomach cramps at all i have started to get this cramp on my left side but below my belly button just wondered if the two were related.take care all

I had a few side affect's when starting citalopram.They can make you constipated so that might be why you have a cramp like pain.How are the bowel's????
