    Wobbling leg ;)

I'm currently "wobbling" my leg most of the time. I.e. I'm continuusly moving it up and down as if I'm manipulating the pedal of an old spinning wheel, only faster. Now, I've been improving by big leaps over the past few days, so I'm guessing this is part of the healing process (the nervousness relocating or something to find another outlet). Is this right?

    Hi Roscoe,

I "dance" my leg to dissipate some of the anxiety. Sometimes I don't realise I'm doing it until my leg starts to ache! I class it as good exercise for the leg and it helps keep me calm if I'm feeling a bit jittery.

Yeah, it makes me feel better as well. It's the kind of nervousness (actually excitement) I can enjoy instead of fear.
