I Think I'm Dying - Help!

I feel ill. My hands are shaking, I'm going boiling and freezign at sweating. I feel sick I have a heacadhce I feel weak. My mum is out, my dad isn't here. I DON'T WANT TO DIE.

Do you have anxiety? Lay down. Take deep breaths. Drink plenty of water, have a small snack too. Just try to clear your head, you are NOT dying.

if you feel so strongly that you have meningitis, then go see a doc when ur parents are home...did you google?

Sorry for bothering you. I phoned my dad and he thinks it's just flu or a viral rash. I think the shaking was anxiety because it's stopped now.

I try to avoid googling things because it makes me more scared.

There is a virus going around that gives you a very bad headache. You do right not to google coz it can make you imagine all sorts of things.

Please try not to think your going to die....this is your anxiety and I understand so much how so scared you must be. Try to breathe deeply and (i know this is so difficult) but it cant hurt you stay strong

i know exactly how you feel, i have felt like i was going to die many times, it has to do with feeling anxiety. But i want to recomend to you a book that saved my life. It has to do with hormones and premenopause when all the hormones are out of balance. ITs called what your doctor may not tell you about premenopause. By dr.John. r. lee. read it , it may help to shed some light on your problems.
