lip twitch!!

Hi everyone,
during my anxiety i have experienced leg twitches, arm twitches, eye twitches and scalp twitches (PHEW!!) but now have a bottom lip twitch, can anyone tell me if this too is down to anxiety. It's on the left side just below my lip-line (if that makes any difference!) Worried it's circulation problems. Thanks, KT xx
