Hello everyone Just saying hi and telling a little about myself... I'm 27 now but was diagnosed with depression and severe panic attacks at age 17. Since then, my state of mind has been up and down, as has the depression. I at least had control of the panic attacks for a long time, but they resurfaced with a vengeance at the beginning of the year and I'm now battling them again.

This seems like a lovely place and I think it will benefit me being part of it. Looking forward to speaking to you all!

Hi Relic and welcome to NMP. Have you looked at the forum on depression yet? It's under "Problems/Issues" on the main menu.
NMP is great for support and new friends and it's here 24/7!!
