I'm only 16 but I have stabbing pains in chest, felt out of breath for days before, sweating palms, feel dizzy and weak. All symptoms of a heart attack. What if the anxiety has put so much strain on my heart that It's failing?

Sorry, please ignore this. I wasn't having a heart attack - I'm still alive and it was panic.

Sorry you were feeling so anxious, its very scary when you have a panic attack like that and it makes you feel so ill.

I'VE LEARNED THAT PEOPLE YOU CARE ABOUT IN LIFE ARE TAKEN FROM YOU TOO SOON....AND THE LESS IMPORTANT ONES JUST NEVER GO AWAY....AND THE REAL PAINS IN THE ASS ARE PERMANANT.

i have the same problems as you , every little twitch , and pain in that area or my left arm ,but i just tell myself after the last 6 years i must have had hundreds but im still here ! easy to say when your not feeling it at that moment !

aw at 16 theres very little chance of a heart attack but if the pains are bothering you see your doctor. i have had anxiety 10 years now so far without a heart attack x
