    On Books

Over the years I've read quite a few books on anxiety, but my favourite was (and still is) Dorothy Rowe's Beyond Fear. It is an examination of anxiety and depression, personality and the roots of character. I found it very thought provoking, and went on to read many of her other books which explore similar themes (although she tends to focus on the potential causes and cures for depression.) If you're struggling with the "why me?" of anxiety, Dorothy Rowe will give you some directions on the road to understanding yourself. Most of her books are available on Amazon.

    Thanks Jim

I must get round to adding it to the Book list on the site.
