Trying to get onto the chat room but it keeps saying I need to download Java but I already have it just an older version. I tried to download the update of the website but it keeps saying 'an error has occured' and that there should be a yellow box appearing for me to download Active X (this doesnt appear and I already have Active X controls. Ive been onto the microsoft website but still cant get the Java software to download. Any advice? The strange thing is the chat room worked perfectly well with the Java I had yesterday when I went on it for the first time?
