Has anyone tried Kalms tablets? Did they work for anyone or just a waste of time?

I tried them years ago but i can't really say wether they helped or not. My mate says they work for her. I think it depends on how bad your anxiety is. It wouldnt hurt to try them, they'r all natural (as far as i can remember) and anythings worth trying if it's deemed as safe.
I'd give them a go!

I take 2 with a emeal if I anticipate a problem with panic attacks like today, I took two at breakfast coz hubby took me out for lunch and felt very calm - I definitely say they work for me - better than just valerian which makes me feel icky! Wenjoy x
