Hi there, ectopics are skipped/missed heartbeats...a pause between beats, and sometimes a fluttery feeling in the heart. It all comes under the umbrella of palitations really. Alot of people think palps are just regular fast heartbeats, but the trerm also includes these missed beats etc.

They are also my main anx symptom, that and the feeling i can tbreath too well (but that could be down to the meds!

hey

mine starts with the back of my throat going funny- as if i need to clear it.
Then i feel like my head swells and i become detatched from my body
Sometimes will have to go to the toilet
Legs sometimes go weak and i have to sit down
Feel like the world is continuing around me and everyone is looking at me (with cbt dont do this as much)
indigestion or dough like feeling at pit of stomach
nauseous
feel like i wanna run or escape from what i am currently doing (never have though )

muscle tension
passing out feeling
muscle twitches
headaches
unable to breathe properly, trying to catch breath
depression
feeling out of control
loss of interest in things
nervous

this list is endless for me, hope this helps.

i think i have had 20 heart attacks, 5 brain tumours, various cancers, blood clots, dvt. But i am still here and i havent died yet all in 4 years psml

hi just wanted to let you know there is a good thread on this under the symptoms category. it always helps me too to see that other people are going through the same thing. dizziness and lightheaded are my worst and the ones that i for some reason cannot accept as anxiety!!
