vit b complex / omega oils

i want to take a combination sumplement with vit b complex / gingko bilo / omega oils will this interact with the citralapram i dont want to feel worse

can any one advice on this i need something to help increase concentration memory and calm nerves

I can't comment as to whether or not these things will interact with the citralapram. You should definitely check with your doctor on that one, or call a pharmacist. As far as increase in concentration and memory, the fish oil and B-Complex should help with that. It may take a little while to notice an effect, especially for the fish oil, but it should help. B-Complex will give you an energy boost and help you concentrate a little moer. The fish oil may also help calm your nerves. I think it would be best to talk to your GP. I have Bipolar and have heard that omega fish oil is meant to help although I have never tried it
