Joint cracking-extreme

Can stress/anxiety cause extreme joint cracking? Still dealing w all of my other symptoms (migratory joint pains, muscle twitching non stop)

To top it off just got a ltr that dr is sending a freckle they biopsied in for a 2nd opinion-hope I am not feeling this way from skin cancer that has spread. Also worried maybe its endocarditis as I get little red spots on my hands now, and I was just told my heart murmer is very loud--

Hi k2 - I think if you're tense and holding your muscles tight you might get more joint popping. And you might have tense muscles if you were anxious all the time. So I guess that's a yes?

What about having your feet vibrate and ongoing muscle twitches? I am so lost as I have had most tests aside from a lumber puncture which could be next...but may want to try anti anx first to see if that helps. I worry its cancer in my brain, spine or MS
