Feel constant vibrate, on charge

My whole body feels like it's on charge or something.

Tried going asleep and I suffer with awareness of heartbeat & adrenaline. But at the mo it's the feeling of constant vibrate & I cant sleep properly.

Anyone else get this??

Yes i think I know what you mean. My brain feels like it is vibrating and I am constantly on alert and on edge.

i get this alot my body feels like its vibrating i mainly feel it when im sitting quiet i dont get it as much as i used too
when i first got it i put up a post to see if it was a common thing but didnt know how to describe what i was feeling but a vibrate or charging feeling is a good explanation
