How Long To Kick In

Hi all,
I've just started taking propranolol, an hour ago. I need it to work pretty quick as I have to fly in two days and I haven't flown in 35 years! I'm taking 1 x 80g per day. It is a great comfort to have forums like this as anxiety and panic attacks have ruined my life for years, like this weekend that has been planned for months......I've felt as if I'm going to the GALLOWS! instead of a fun weekend.

They work straight away slow down your heart and stop the panic you will be fine I am sure have fun. I am not taking your problem lightly I feel the same as you about flying but it is the safest way to travel.

Thanks Bumbles Just off to take another pill as instructed by doc. if I needed it.....this morning's pill is starting to wear off!!!!!
