    I do something physical 6 times a week (swimming, weight lifting, kickboxing or wrestling).

    I started doing this when I was a teenager. Years later I find out that exercise releases some kind of chemical to the body that reduces the symptoms of OCD and depression. So, its kind of a method of self medication (without medication).

    I started walking with a friend 4 days a week this week. It seems to be working alright so far and I enjoy the company and it helps motivate me to get out and walk.

    I use the spa a lot n try to swim to relax me. Not sure if I should do more vigorous exercise tho to help with anxiety.

    I walk my cousins dog 5 days a week, it's really therapeutic and a great confidence builder, there's nothing like walking round with a friendly adorable Black Labrador to get you talking to people.
