    New but slightly faulty

    Hi everyone, how are you?
I'm Imogen and have been a long term chronic panic attack and anxious person, also coping with major depression.
I have improved a lot through the help of friends, family and self help.
I can't work at the moment but I'm a sales manager for a small company and very much a people person.
I have come here to find new online friends who have an anxiety related illness as so few people understand unless they have experienced it themselves.
I hope I can contribute to this web site and learn to grow alongside you all.
I'm easy going and have a good sense of humour and I care about others.
I don't get out much much as my depression stops the motivation and the anxiety gets worse when I do go out.
I am ever the optomist and believe that I will conquer both illnesses.
Well, that's sort of me, no doubt the rest will unfold if you all give me the chance.
    Good to meet you all
    Imogen
