panicking right now cant cope anymore

Im constantly high on panic and anxiety due to what i think is the DP/DR dont know how to cope with this.

Anyone share any experiences in dealing with this?

Is this the mind playing tricks? i cant see how anxiety can do this tho :(

yes tight stomach, sweating, trembling,chills,etc. that doesnt scare me its the DP feeling of concentrating on my mind making me go crazy!!

hi bev i know how you feel the last two weeks i have been feeling very panicky and my head feels heavy i dont have depression but after eighteen months ov not feeling normal its getting me down. have you been to the doctors?
