Just put the TV on and guess what - the panel on Loose Women ie Lynda Bellingham, Jackie Brambles and Carol Mgiffin all saying they have panic when they are enclosed like in a queue in a shop or mall or theatre - they want to get out.....

See - we are not alone in this fear!

Hehe! That is, in an odd way, really good to know! That they can sit in a studio in front of lots of people making a show and despite that, have moments of panic in shopping centres and things !

I don't really watch the programme - sometimes I have it on when I'm ironing or something. Don't like it cos they all so happy and confident. However, I know different now. I like Carol McGiffin I think she's the best one on there.
