Mini Panic/Anxiety Attack?

Hi there,

Although I`ve been diagnosed with PTSD and I was told by my GP that my depression, dizziness etc was due to the anxiety that comes with the condition, I was wondering if the sudden dizzy head rush I have had in the past is like an anxiety or panic attack? They usually go as quick as they come which is only a few seconds. I have had a hot feeling after one before but my doctor just says it`s anxiety.
Having said all that I haven`t had the feeling for ages now and the Prozac is really helping (I`ve been on it since May).
Seeing my doctor this Thursday to see what he says about my progress and hoping he`ll wean me off my meds as I need to lose weight and they`ve made me put it on!
