help please, can't find it!

Hi everyone
Can anyone help?

I was searching the site for books and found one on CBT called "change your thinking" i didn't notice who the author was and now i can't find it.

Can anyone tell me how to get back into books.
The only ones i have found were 3 different ones and it's driving me nuts.

I'm sure that book is by Sarah Edelman and as far as i am aware, there are two volumes.

I was supposed to start a group today, anxiety managment incorporating cbt, i just couldn't bring myself to go, i desperatley need help so i'm looking for books so i can help myself. That one sounded good, i really don't know what books to go for.

I just took a look Lisa and those books do sound good, maybe i'll take a look at getting one but i really did want that CBT one, it was on this site and i have tried to find the page i was looking at but i can't AARRRGGGHHH
I think it was an amazon book.
