    lonely, just saying hello

    nothing important,

just my couisn-in-law says when i am feeling bad the 1st thing i MUST do is talk to someone, anyone. well they live abroad, and i dont feel their is anyone today i can talk to right now, but i can post my thoughts in here. thanks.

just one of those times when my loneliness seems to be taking over again. so i try not to get too suicidal feeling abut it. i cant help thinking that any sensible person would have ended it all by now. i sometimes think being postive and optimistic, i have made myself a fool. i hope in the long term to be proved wrong. but i dont know if anyone else here does this, always puting on a brave cheery face in front of freinds when feeling sick with anxiety inside. i sort of decided i just cant do that to myslef anymore.

at home waiitng for the postman, something i have been doing nearly everyday for nearly a year now. it has become my evil pet anxiety. some days i am strong anough to go outside in spite of it but i dont think today is not one of those days

oh for a big hug from a real person.....

sorry to be so rambling and maybe self-indulgent.

    take care, oshun

It certainly helps having people there for you doesnt it. Always helps to find people in similair situations when these strange symptoms creep in.

Your cousin is quite right. It often helps to reach out and share and interact.
