Sick of feeling like this

Im quite new to this site but for 4 months been suffering with health anxiety. I really cant cope with this anymore everyday is a stuggle. Really want my life bk really getting me down.

I know how you feel - it's horrible isn't it. Every little pain I get now I think I've got some life threatening illness.

My pains have got much better its my breathing thats scareing me feels like my heart gonna stop its awul.

I haven't encountered that yet but no doubt I will at some stage.

Sometimes I wish I was married to a doctor - it must be so reassuring to have one there all the time.

What a wonderful idea! You don't know of any spare doctors that want a panicky, anxious , frightened partner do you?

By the way, I also get so sick of feeling this way. Feel I would do ANYTHING to make it go away. Medication made me worse.... seeing different doctor on Thursday. Don't know what she'll come up with. A magic pill would be great!

I hope all of you can feel better soon... I'm having a really low moment aswell today - I get so angry at myself, I just want to sort it out!!!

Take comfort in knowing that there's alot of us out there going though similar situations and that we will get through this somehow. x x
