Question for people that can relate to depersonalisation/derealisation

Hi just wondering if anyone can relate. Is this part of depersonalisation but does it make life seem so overwhelming?? what causes this feeling? also like you feel scared of your own self? and u cant imagine that you have lived this long because it feels like you have just become aware of yourself? can anyone relate to this? will it pass? such a scary feeling being afraid of yourself and life!

Yes I can relate to what you are saying Cheeky. I have been scared of myself and life - it can be very overwhelming I know. Did you get the PM I sent you?
