    Hello,
I have had four sessions of CBT and can honestly say that just having someone to talk to each week is a big help. I have already come so far myself with Dr Weekes and my counsellor agrees I am doing all the right things. You have nothing to fear as far as I am concerned. Remain open minded, you dont say where your anxiety stems from... mine is health anxiety.
    xx

    Hi,
I would agree with what "anna66" says and in addition it is about focusing on the positives. I found it very useful and is certainly nothing to be scared of.
