one last question re ibs

hi sorry its me again, does anyone else find that sweet,sugary foods trigger their ibs, had some biscuits yesterday for the first time in ages, i have not been eating really for a couple of weeks, and today i have pains below my ribs left side. sorry to be a worrier probably over nothing. i think the phrase mountains out of mole hills comes to mind today. thanks

That could be why although if you're worried maybe you should visit your GP? I have had IBS for 3 years and I have never been able to really trigger what causes it food wise, I often get it when I'm super stressed though.

And I get rib pains too, strange! Hope you're feeling better. xx
