    Hi anx mum,

Do you get any support with your health anxiety? Is there anything that triggered it in the first place? I don't have health anxiety but I too feel much the same about not being able to enjoy my life, do you have depression too or is it the health anxiety that mainly affects the quality of your life? I wish I could say something that would make you feel better, but I just can't think of much right now. Take care,

    Freaky

Re: Really fed up with my life

I know how you feel. I started in September with acid reflux which worried me cos I'd never had it before and wondered why it should suddenly just start. Then I had bowel problems and lost mucus which worried me silly cos I thought of bowel cancer. Next I had pain near my ovaries so thought of ovarian cancer now I have a lump in my breast and yesterday my back has gone and I am walking like the hunchback of notre dame.
