citalopram and ibuprofen

im just wondering if its ok to take cuprofen which is a type of ibuprofen while taking citalopram i have flu so i took 1 cuprofen but now i have heard you shouldnt take any type of ibuprofen and now im worried over any side affects i might have any help would be appreiciated thanks

I am on Citalopram and had to take Ibuprofen tablets yesterday because I had bad back pain and I was fine.

I went to my doctors as i have had fluey symptoms and my doctor advised to stick to paracetamol, simply because Ibuprofen increases the likelihood of a stomach bleed...he said a minimal risk but one he's prefer me not take!
