I hate the summer

Ive just broke up from University and all of a sudden i find myself with 14 weeks off! Instead of loving it, i'm absolutely gutted! I just don't know how i am going to cope with all this time off. I am going to get a job but 14 weeks of being at home without a holiday is really destroying me.

Ive always had bad anxiety, but now that summers here i feel i have nothing to look forward to! I hate the sunny weather - it really depresses me because i feel like i should be outside doing stuff, not staying in...... and it makes me wander what everyone else is doing.

Don't get me wrong, i do go out and play football............ but it doesn't feel like enough - 14 weeks off, of doing f**k all is the most depressing thought in the world.....

You could look round and get involved in several activities that would benefit you and others if you get time outside of any job you get

There must be some things that you want to get done. Why don't you make a list of things you could do to fill the time? I bet there's more to do than you think..
