    Well it was a challenge, in more ways than one.

    1) Leaving the car 2 or 3 miles away so I have no "den" to run to in town.

    2) Taking the kids with me on the bus is another challenge.

    3) Being with inlaws all day who have no idea about anxiey.

    4) Having no control over the bus - ie it turned up late and was very slow getting back to the car park too.

    5) The in laws dont eat at the same time as us so it meant eating later and I like to eat on time and regular. It seems to help with the anxiety. But we ate 2 hours later than usual

    But anyway, I did all these things in a crowded town centre and coped extremely well considering.

    I find that when my focus is off the DP its not there anymore!! But for some reason it followed me around a bit today.

    Oh and I also went to the dentist too!!
