    Left side

    My left arm leg and foot have 'gone' again. How can I calm it down.I want to throw up:(

    I often get a dumb, not really there feeling on my left side as well. I know that it is anxiety because it goes away when I don't think about it. Try to distract yourself. I know that is hard to do, so find something that you really enjoy. You are not alone.
