It's your anxiety that is triggering these thoughts m'dear and the best way to fight the thoughts is to fight the anxiety. The thoughts have probably become bad because you are ill at the moment and this will be increasing your anxiety.
Try not to worry because i don't think for a minute that you would act on these thoughs, people very rarely do-if at all in these situations.
If the thoughts continue after your illness has cleared then perhaps have another word with your GP about re-thinking your mediactions.
