    breathless!!!

i am sooo breathless constantlyand weird gererally''weird'' and exhausted.I have benign ectopic heartbeats and a holter monitor picked upone episod of SVT although i have never felt it, i am worried the cardiologist thought i was having SVT when in fact i was excersizing???
anyway back to the breathlessness... when i was excersizing (nothing hard just walking the length of my kitchen over and over) i notice3d the breathlessness was relieved ... slightly, why is this??? I am so scared im going to die because of the breathlessness, i also have a bloated upper stomach and im afraid it is something to do with my liver :'-(

    Re: breathless!!!

Believe it or not, gentle exercising like walking, actually can help the timing of your breathing, (the breathing in, breathing out). Exercise is great for everything.

You won't die of breathlessness. Your lips would go blue for a start.
&, being scared and worried about it at the same time you think it's happening, doesn't help it does it liznblake?

Think about it, when you're scared, your heart beats fast, which means your breath has to keep up with it. E.g, someone comes up behind you and shouts, "BOO!!!" and scares you, your heart beats fast and your breathing gets rapid for a bit, doesn't it?

I'm not sure which doctor specialises in this, but there's a doctor that can help you control your breathing a little. And to put your mind at rest, too!

As for the liver, it wouldn't be on your upper stomach - personal experiance. My mother has liver failure, it makes you look as if your pregnant, looks exactly the same as being pregnant, and even gets bigger over the months! Lol. But if you press it, it feels like jelly!

    Keep calm, and stop worrying.

    Hi

I have to agree with the previous, it sounds as if you are suffering from anxiety. Try some breathing exercises, it will help
