My anxiety level has been off the chart latley, but when I am go into a store or any were in public I feel like I am going to fall over I feel like I need to hold on to the carraige, I feel very spacy, not sure if this makes sence. Has anyone had simular symptoms. I would appracite any imput. Thanks

    Hi D

Yup i can certainly relate to this huni. I used to suffer really badly with tension in my back, shoulders and neck. The spacy feeling you describe sounds like depersonalisation also related to anxiety.

Are you getting any help with this at all?
