Starting dose??

What would people consider the starting dose to be for depression and anxiety?
I have tried starting on 10mg, with the intention being to get up to 20mg (makes me feel too strange to do it all at once), but I know some people say that the dose should be 40mg.
Any views on this?

Hi Catya,

I started with 20mg which the dr said was the starting dose and up it later on after all the side effects have gone. Just gone up to 30, but struggling with the side effects. Its been a week so far on this dose. Hope it settles down now, getting on my nerves, the dizziness and anxiety.

You can always start on 10 and see how your mood changes, but give it time to work
