Unreality rears its ugly head again

Its back again . Why won't everthing just subside and let me get on with my life. I'm getting these like cut offs in the head/brain again where everything is unreal (past and present.) I look at people on tv and they have become unreal again. I can't look at what people are wearing or waht they r about just that they r bodies with organs vessels etc. Y have i lost myself ?

I know EXACTLY how you feel. It is a very creepy feeling... You just have to remember to keep telling yourself that this is also a symptom of anxiety. Try pinching yourself.... It sounds nuts... but sometimes I pinch myself, or wear a rubber band around my wrist and snap it. It kinda snaps me back into reality.

Just ride it out, and know it will pass... it always does.
