    Facial numbness/sensitive to lights???

    ok well i keep going a bit numb like under my eyes and my going down towards my cheaks. its startin to get to me and duno what to think of it.. is it tiredness? they do feel kinda funny. then its like my eyes seem to go funny to a certain type of light. i duno what to make of it.
    is it anxitey?

    Hi Jo,

    If you are feeling tired then that could well be what it is. When I get tired I get real problems with with eyes being sore, nippy, dry and/or bloodshot. I tend to get aches around the cheekbones and jaws too and actually fell like my face is tired. I don't know if people who are just tired get the same symptoms but when it is nervous tiredness then you can feel some very strange sensations. And if you have prolonged anxiety then you will experience periods of nervous tiredness or nervous exhaustion due to your nerves being overworked and your body being tense most of the time.
