still feeling bad and need to talk.

I have had a bad week, started with chest, back, face and arm pains last week after visting sil, her house is quite dirty and i had to go for a wee and there was an overflowing litter tray in the bathroom that smelt bad.
Over the next few days had bad PA and my OCD was in over drive.
My chest was klling me and i thought i was going to die, which scared me as im 24 and have two kids and didnt want to leave them.
Went to see dr on friday who said i had bornholms desesies. I google it and it said it was a virus and be caught from dirty toilets.
Dr gave me some pain killer but there crap.
Does anyone have any advice please?

    Ah i see!

It's akward because you don't want to tell her that her toilet made you ill BUT if i was you, i'd be avoiding that loo in future.

If the medication the doctor gave you ain't working then maybe give him a call tomorrow and explain this as he may leave you another prescription.

Hun you are NOT going to die. You are a 24 year old woman with anxiety and every symptom you describe, i have had 100 times over so please try not to worry.

    Please try to relax

    Love lisa

I am so sorry you are going through a tough time at present. Family losses and traumas are hard to bear and of course you worry about your dad. What you describe are undoubtedly symptoms caused by the stres you are experiencing. You are certainly not going to die and you will get through this.
