BACK PAIN
Hi just wondering if any one suffers with back pain. i've been 2 doctors but he said its just muscular pain. but ive just been on (nhs direct) and if you have back pain, worrying about it makes it worse. cause you're muscles go in to a spasm. just when i think about it mine does seem worse the more a worry about it.

funny as it happens.The last two weeks i have had bad smasms in my back.Very painfull,but i dont worry about it cause it moves around !!

ive had this also for a few weeks especially when get out of bed but it goes after a while , think we are same in lots of things laura
