You have friends here who care and are willing to support you!
Don't give that up because of fear hun!!

Hi Duckie

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling so low at the moment. People don't think you are bad or stupid, just someone who need friends and support at the moment. Please remember we are all in the same boat, fighting the demons in our head everyday. I don't think you really want to turn your back on people who are here to listen and share with you.

I think this is a really good starting place for you to start to address your phobia because you don't have to face us and vice versa.

I would be very sad to see you leave because i think you are a lovely person. You're certainly not stupid and no one here thinks you are.

I think you need to start to accept that you are a nice person and that people do like you. I know it will be hard for you because your confindence is not 100% but try to trust others when they say you are genuinly liked. I think you are doing really well by opening up and being honest about how you are/were feeling.

Hold your head high and be proud of who you are.
