Hello!!!

Seems like people in West and East sussex are rare on here!!!
I'm just along the coast just outside Brighton and have been putting off my anxiety and panic attack issuse for way to long now......

I know there is a small group that meet up in Brighton from another site on here.....

Hi Pete, good to see I'm not the only one in the area!! Have you attended the group you mention in Brighton? It would be nice to hear your experiences and how you cope etc. I am currently feeling the effects of anxiety and panic attacks - I think these have been pushed to one side for many years for fear of appearing daft but now seem to have emerged with a venegance.

i know a few people who i met way back on social anxiety.org.uk who have
meets in brighton.
if you check the website look under meets section-it should be listed somewhere.
i plan to meet up with a couple in a few months f your willing to take the plunge. initially we will be heading from haywards heath,then onto brighton.
but sometimes we just stay local to haywards heath.

Hi honey7. I'm just down the road in East Preston and have recently had a bad bout of anxiety. Currently trying to get some help from the docs and community mental health team. There's loads of us everywhere it seems!
