Why

Hi. Does anyone know with ectopics why do they come and go so randomly. I have had mine for years now and some days I dont get them at all, and on others days I get loads of small wobbles I dont always get them when Im anxious or stressed but I may get a flurry of them the next day I hope someone can shed a bit of light on this for me

Us anxiety sufferers are almost always subconsciously aware of our health...and with ectopic sufferers, we're very aware of our hearts. Ectopics can be caused by simple stimulants such as coffee, tea, alcohol. Even stomach activity can cause ectopic.

The main thing is almost everyone has ectopics. We're the ones that notice ours. Ectopics can come at any time. It's ok if they come totally randomly. It happens to me too.
