strange feelings in chest really bad today

well i had about 2 hours sleep, everytime laid down got woke up by feeling of missed beats, heaviness, tingling ,and like someone squeezing my heart,really weird feeling im not sure how much more i can take of this i feel i cant cope with it anymore still feel same now its not gonig away im exhausted

this happens to me almost every night now. I associate night time with panic, and it's really hard. I understand completely how you feel. I wish I knew how to fight it...

I have suffered by all this at night and hated going to bed as the quiet and loneliness made my heart go mad, try to convince yourself when you lie down its not going to happen tonight and think other thoughts or read. ONce you get out the habit it will break x

I get exactly the same and really sypathise with you. Iv'e found watching some telly or a film in bed to send me to sleep helps as it focusses my concentration and relaxes me and I tend to drift off more easily. If my boyfriend doesnt allow me to do that then I compromise on listening to the radio - works a treat for me. Im sorry you are going through this - keep smiling x

thank you for the replies unfort its no better even now ,just tired and worn out, is it only heart side everyone gets the funny sensastions ?i do usually watch tv to drift off and i take trazadone at night which is to help me sleep, it does for a hour or 2 then thats it i wish i new aswell stm what to do
