A trip to Bingo...panicky but survived!

Hi

I had a better day today. I made myself do something I haven't done for ages...maybe the Citalopram is starting to work after 3 weeks? I went to Bingo..I used to go a lot then I couldn't go as often as I got panicky and would then have a full-blown p.a. wanting to escape.

Anyhow, I made myself sit in the hall with quite a few others for the second half session, apart from one wave of panic where I thought I was going to have to run out but managed to talk myself down and reassure myself that if I had to go then I could go to the toilet but hung on and it passed- I even called up for a £20 win..Just wanted to share a positive experience... it is a start

Well done you i feel proud for both of us i made it too my birthday meal though it was touch and go -the panics were horrendous but i got there and enjoyed three cheers for us we did it !!!
