    Hi Kimmy

I get loads of headaches, very common with stress and anxiety.
You say you feel sick as well, sounds like migraines... You shouldnt worry about it tho, they wont harm you.
Maybe a visit to the docs could ease your mind?

    Take care.

If you feel unwell in any sort of ways, you deserve to see a doc, dont worry about what they think... after all we pay enough money towards nhs from our wages, lol.
I understand that feeling dizzy is scary, trust me, i ve been there myself quite often, but I am pretty sure nothing dreadful is going to happen to you.
    Have you got a fever?

    Hi Kimmy.

Headaches are quite common in anxiety. If your worried, maybe a trip to the doctor.

    Good Luck

all of what your experiencing is very common and are classic anxiety symptoms. Its very scary i know and very umplesant, but the real key is to try not and fight the anxiety and to try and master some relaxation techniques. Its all very hard on you i know but in time you will start to feel a bit more like yourself.

    Take care x
