Same fears different day. Worried about cancer

For about a month I have been having recurring but not constant bloating, upper ab pain, some middle back pain and diarrhea. I keep telling myself that this is IBS or at least caused by my anxiety. I have not been diagnosed with IBS but I have had similar symptoms in the past but never lasting this long. It seems to be worse about 30 min after I eat. Metamucil helps but it if I stop taking it the symptoms come right back. I am also having some pain in my upper abdomen but I suffer from GERD so I am hoping that is just a flare up. Anyway, I am "convinced" this is pancratic or kidney cancer. I am totally freaking out. Before I google and find out that it must be something horrible can someone give me some alternatives that will ease my mind or at least let me know that I am overreacting.

More than likely to be IBS. I wouldn't worry about it.

hey there sounds alott like IBS i have problems with ibs as well.. so i know
as for somthing being wrong with your kidneys.. if there was anything wrong with them your urin would be Extremly dark color very very odd color you would knows its not normal plus theres would be alott more symthoms then your you have described including different ones
